Policy Statement

SAMSAPTAK is committed to the principles of Open Access publishing. All published articles are made freely available online without any subscription or paywall, ensuring unrestricted access to scholarly knowledge. This Open Access policy has been in effect since 2026.

Access & Usage Rights

Readers are free to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, and link to the full text of published articles. The content may be used for non-commercial purposes without prior permission, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original author(s) and the journal.

Unless otherwise stated, all published content is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution–NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) license. This permits users to share and adapt the material for non-commercial purposes with proper attribution to the original author(s) and source.

Copyright

Authors retain the copyright of their work while granting SAMSAPTAK the right to publish, archive, and disseminate the content through its print and electronic platforms.

Publication Charges

There is no submission fee for manuscript submission or peer review. However, a nominal processing fee may be charged only for manuscripts that are accepted for publication. Any such fee will be communicated transparently to the author(s) after the completion of the review and acceptance process.
