Double Blind Review Process for Research Paper Evaluation
SAMSAPTAK is committed to maintaining the highest standards of academic integrity, research ethics, and scholarly excellence. To ensure a fair, objective, and unbiased evaluation of all submitted manuscripts, the journal follows the Double Blind Review Process.
In a double blind review system, the identities of both the author(s) and the reviewer(s) remain confidential throughout the review process. This approach ensures that manuscripts are evaluated solely on their academic merit, originality, methodological soundness, and contribution to knowledge, without any influence from the author’s identity, institutional affiliation, or professional status.
In accordance with the Suggestive Parameters for Peer-Reviewed Journals outlined in the UGC-CARE Public Notice, SAMSAPTAK maintains a transparent and impartial peer review policy that upholds recognized academic standards.
Before a manuscript is sent for review, all identifying information relating to the author(s) is removed by the Editorial Office. Independent reviewers then assess the submission on the basis of:
Originality and significance of the research
Quality of research methodology and analysis
Academic rigor and clarity of presentation
Relevance to the aims and scope of the journal
Proper use of references and citations
Compliance with research ethics and publication standards
Based on their evaluation, reviewers provide constructive comments and recommendations regarding acceptance, revision, or rejection of the manuscript. The Editorial Board carefully considers these reports before making the final publication decision.
The Double Blind Review Process strengthens the credibility, transparency, and academic quality of the journal while ensuring equal opportunity and fair evaluation for all contributors.
Effective from this publication year, SAMSAPTAK officially adopts the Double Blind Review Process for the evaluation of all research articles submitted for publication.
