SAMSAPTAK: E-Version is an International Double-Blind Peer-Reviewed, Multilingual, and Interdisciplinary Open Access Journal committed to maintaining the highest standards of research ethics, academic integrity, and scholarly excellence. All submitted manuscripts undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process to ensure originality, quality, and academic merit.

Authors are required to submit original and unpublished work with proper references and citations. Plagiarism, data fabrication, falsification, duplicate publication, and any other form of unethical research practice are strictly prohibited and may result in rejection or withdrawal of the manuscript.

As an Open Access Journal, all published articles are freely available to read, download, and use through the journal’s official website without any subscription or access fee.

Only authors whose manuscripts are accepted for publication may be required to pay the prescribed online publication or article processing charges, if applicable, as determined by the journal’s policy.

All published content is distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution–NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) License, permitting non-commercial use, sharing, and adaptation with proper attribution to the author(s) and the journal.
